Summertime!
Well today I got to enjoy waving to the kids as the buses drove off, horns honking, teachers blowing bubbles everywhere, kids screaming… it’s a fun day! The last day of school for the year! Some kids were overjoyed, others were crying… all of the teachers had huge smiles! We were ready to be finished this year! Of course as soon as I finished my work and had my room ready to go so I could leave it started pouring down rain! Welcome to summer! At least it was just a passing shower. There’s really nothing quite like the feeling on the last day of school for the year… it is fun to experience that as an adult too 
Yeay for two months off of the daily grind! I just wish Doug could have the whole time off with me (he does too!) Okay, off to enjoy the beginning of my summer vacay!

I still got that feeling and I wasn’t even teaching for most of this year! It was fun to pick Kiley up at the bus stop and scream with the rest of the parents as their kids ran off the bus all smiles on the last day! So fun! It’s like a Friday x 100000 in the joy dept! Have so much fun on your trip!!!
