A Snowy New Year…

What a treat with two days of being snowed in. We had a nice dump of snow this last Monday and then on Tuesday night it turned into an ice storm. My place on Tuesday was full of friends as everyone ended up over there for movies, playing games and naps. I was able to work from home luckily though, so I did not miss any of the meetings that I needed to call in to for work. |  |
With my car glazed in about an inch sheet of ice, I did not go anywhere until Wednesday night. But it was the need of a store run to stock up on the essentials that finally got me out. Sleeping was a bit harder though as I would lay awake listening to the ice falling off trees and hitting the roof. But as of today everything has warmed up and returning to normal Northwest weather… More Snow Pictures
