Douglas and Carol

OK, OK, OK!!! So I get the point! I’ve been slacking off a bit and have not blogged for a while. So I will write a little note for you now… But no promises on continuing, I just feel the peer pressure right now and I’m responding out of emotions…

Well I guess I will start with Carol, as I know this is what you all want to know about… Yes, she is a good friend, well maybe more than that, OK I like her a lot… But I do have an excuse for not blogging and Carol takes responsibility for what she had done to me as you can read in her NEW! blog here: Carol’s Blog

OK, well now that you have read Carol’s posts, don’t you think she is the cutest thing next to shortcake. Well we did have a great time in Virginia, May 10th through the 16th, and I did finally get some pictures up on Flickr after being practically assaulted by my family in Uganda… BTW, Mom and Dad are celebrating their 43rd wedding anniversary today, or accualy it’s tomorrow June 9th with the time change…

Picture do say a lot and there are plenty of smiling faces so things went well. I especially enjoyed meeting Carol’s family, and all the adventure we were able to be apart of. Washington D.C. was great except for all the walking we did. Probably walked 20 miles the three days we were there but the weather was nice except for one raining morning.

Well I’m going to go, but I will try to be more faithful blogging as Carol has started to blog now too. Maybe we can call it a bonding thing between me and her as we are both on the phone together right now blogging together. Oh my, we are so weird..
